I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental practice. I came here after leaving a dental practice my family had been with for three generations, so finding a new dentist I felt comfortable with was incredibly important to me. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Frankie Banhart and this amazing team. From the moment you walk in, everyone—from the front desk staff to the clinical team—is genuinely kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Dr. Frankie has such a wonderful manner and makes you feel like you are truly being listened to and cared for. I also recently needed several extractions and was so relieved that I didn't have to be referred somewhere else. AK was able to take care of everything right there in the office, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. AK was incredibly compassionate and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. The assistant who worked alongside AK (I wish I remembered her name!) was equally wonderful. She was so comforting and attentive, especially when I was nervous and uncomfortable, and that kindness meant more to me than she probably realizes. Dental work—especially extractions—isn't exactly something anyone looks forward to, but this team made a difficult experience so much easier. Their compassion isn't forced or clinical; it feels genuine. After having the same dental practice in my life for so many years, I wasn't sure I would find another place where I felt that same level of trust and comfort. I have now. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Frankie, AK, the wonderful assistant who helped during my procedure, and the entire staff. I truly feel like I found the right dental home.
